add patch to enable CONFIG_EVM_DEFAULT_HASH

OE内核代码中并没有真正使能CONFIG_EVM_DEFAULT_HASH特性，需修改security/integrity/evm/Kconfig文件之后才能使openeuler_defconfig的配置生效
